Two signed and sequentially numbered, limited edition, 13” x 19” prints by artist Carolyn Weltman, The Prayer and Wild.

Additionally, two sets of six of Carolyn’s card-size prints; Bondage and The Girls, normally sell for $40 each. Minimum bid, $25 each.

Carolyn Weltman is a mixed-media artist who uses charcoal, graphite, gesso and oils as well as her computer to illustrate her artistic concepts. She has exhibited her work worldwide and received acclaim for her many solo shows in New York and Europe. Her work has been auctioned by houses such as Christie‚s, Sothebys and Philips de Pury. Carolyn's work is collected by both individuals of note and museums including the Kinsey Institute Collection of Erotic Art in Indiana and the Tom of Finland Museum in California.

"My perspective begins poetically with me alone. It extends out to the mood of my models, then to my drawing, my painting and ultimately to the living spaces of my patrons. I am utterly and unashamedly ecumenical in in my fascination with the human form and the imaginative capacity for loving of its inhabitants."

Renowned erotic photographer Barbara Nitke's autogrpahed copy of Kiss of Fire, a continuation of her documentation of issues of human sexual desire. Kiss of Fire is a respectful, humane look at sadomasochism as practiced between loving, trusting partners in committed relationships. It provides a non-exploitive insight into a practice an estimated 10% of Americans participate in with consensual partners. As SM continues coming into the mainstream culture, journalists are devoting more coverage to it. For many years, Barbara Nitke has been documenting this once underground and never publicly-discussed practice. Her book is a must-have for anyone researching, writing about and studying the SM culture.
